The 11,000 sq ft home’s state-of-the-art recording studio, designed and curated in collaboration with a multi-Grammy winning producer and several high-end audio partners, brings together individuals and experiences of all kinds. It is, indeed, the heartbeat of the house and property.
“I have been doing this job for almost a decade and a half, and more than two decades if you count my design and development career before agenting, and I have never seen a home studio remotely of this caliber,” shared Billy Rose, president and co-founder of The Agency. “Nor have I seen a house which so acutely and effectively conveyed a rock/fun/youthful/edgy environment.”
