In Nashville, music is the backbone of community—and in real estate, community is built through connections, networks, and a commitment to continuous learning. On April 22, Inman on Tour Nashville, one of the real estate industry’s leading conferences, brought that spirit to life at The Country Music Hall of Fame, uniting top-producing agents and innovative changemakers to share insights and explore the evolving tools reshaping the real estate landscape.
Bringing their own insight and experience to the stage were The Agency Nashville’s Managing Partner, Scott Coggins and The Agency Chattanooga‘s Managing Broker Becky Cope English. With “what’s next” as the event’s driving theme, the two explored what it truly means to appeal to the modern buyer: embracing technological innovation while rising to meet a client base that is more informed and discerning than ever before.

Sitting on a panel alongside Realty Executives Scott Wilson and moderated by Katie Kossev of Side, Becky Cope English spoke on the evolving intelligence of today’s buyers and sellers, who have unprecedented access to innovative tools. In this changing competitive landscape, the panel drove home the importance of maintaining an edge and communicating the value that agents provide.

Later in the day, Scott Coggins took to the stage with Jerimiah Taylor of BrokerBot and Brian Hoialmen of Lofty, to delve deeper into AI in real estate and the growing number of technological advancements at our fingertips. Moderated by Kevin Hawkins of WAV Group Communications, the discussion focused on the importance of adaptability and utilizing the right tools to stay on top of the game.
Hats off to Scott and Becky for representing The Agency and our Nashville team as real estate thought leaders at Inman Connect. Well done!
