Read on for details on the two Platinum awards the team was recognized for this year.
A Global Lens on Luxury: The Red Paper
Launched in November 2024, the fifth edition of The Red Paper is The Agency’s annual wealth report that explores the intersection of real estate, global wealth, and luxury lifestyle trends. The in-house PR team collaborated with the Dow Jones custom publishing team to develop and promote the report, securing media coverage across outlets such as Mansion Global, Robb Report, Inman, and HousingWire, reaching a staggering audience of over 985 million.
This campaign positioned The Agency at the forefront of thought leadership in real estate, while also offering clients and media valuable insights into the evolving luxury market.
Leading Through Crisis: The L.A. Wildfires Communications Response
When devastating wildfires swept through Southern California in January 2025, The Agency’s PR team sprang into action with a comprehensive crisis communications strategy. From internal staff and agent updates to external media engagement, the team provided clear, empathetic, and informative messaging across platforms.
They secured high-profile media opportunities for The Agency’s CEO and leadership in top-tier publications, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Bloomberg, and Fox News, while also launching a range of support tools for affected communities—including a comprehensive resource page.
“These awards are a testament to the power of in-house storytelling and the deep collaboration we foster across departments,” said Andrea Delgado, Senior Director of PR at The Agency. “From delivering market-shaping insights through The Red Paper to guiding our response in moments of real crisis, I’m incredibly proud of our team’s agility and commitment to excellence. It’s an honor to have our work recognized on a global stage.”
These honors underscore The Agency’s commitment to delivering industry-leading communications and setting the standard for brand excellence at every level. Well done, team!
