As Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales for the Americas at The Agency, Ricardo has played a pivotal role in the company’s remarkable expansion. Since joining in 2012, he has worn many hats—each one adding to a deep, operational understanding of the business. From his early days as the sole team member in the expansion division to leading franchise growth across continents, Ricardo has helped scale The Agency from a single office with fewer than 10 agents to a global network spanning more than 150 offices across 14 countries.
Ricardo’s approach is rooted in a simple but powerful philosophy: elevate the experience at every level. As he puts it, “Office owners are my clients, the office owners’ clients are the agents, and the agents’ clients are buyers and sellers.” It’s a ripple effect of service—one that starts internally and extends all the way to the consumer.
