Sean Combs Drops Price of Park Imperial

by | Jun 16, 2016

headerUnfortunately, for Sean Combs, we are back to talk about his Park Imperial apartment, but not because it has finally sold. He has dropped the price of his two-bedroom apartment down from the original $8.5 million to $6.5 million.

The unit appears to be in excellent condition, but the recent listing history appears to tell a different story. The property has been listed for sale since September 2012 and has been taken off the market and relisted several times. At this point, the condo is listed for a full $2 million less than the original listing from 2012.

Comb’s apartment has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and is right at 2,300 square feet of living space. The interior features seven-foot wide plank wood floors. The kitchen features top of the line appliances including a Miele low-profile cooktop, a vented hood, a dishwasher, an oven, and a sub-zero refrigerator.

The Park Imperial

The condominium was built in 2002 and has 108 units spread out over 53 floors. There are currently 11 active listings in the building with an average price per square foot of $3,362.

The majority of the listings range from 1.8 million to just under 7 million. The Park Imperial offers a wide range of amenities from a concierge, a live-in super, a gym, and a private parking area.
