We’re growing in Costa Rica! The Agency is excited to announce the debut of our second office in the country, located in the beloved beach town of Santa Teresa on the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. The new office will be led by Managing Partners, Andrés Riggioni and Clari Vega, both of whom already lead our existing location in San Jose.

The local team will serve buyers and sellers across Santa Teresa, Playa Hermosa, Manzanillo, Santiago, and Mal País, along with select properties in Montezuma and the surrounding hillside communities. The buyer pool is predominantly North American, with strong representation from Europe, Israel, and Latin America. (A notable common thread: many arrive first as surfers or vacationers, fall in love with the area, and eventually come back to put down roots.)
While tourism and hospitality remain the backbone of Santa Teresa’s local economy, a significant portion of homeowners are entrepreneurs, investors, and executives who have traded the traditional office for an ocean view. The area has earned the nickname “Silicon Beach” for its remarkably high concentration of tech founders and remote-first professionals.
