We’re expanding in the Northeast! The Agency has launched a new office in Fairfield County, Connecticut, marking our second location in the region alongside our existing office in New Canaan.
Operating under the name The Agency Fairfield County, the new office will be led by Managing Partners Michael Smith and Donald Mastroianni, with Aken Musa and Courtney McManus, serving as Managing Directors and John Caminiti serving as Broker of Record. Smith and Mastroianni also serve as Managing Partners for the firm’s New Canaan office, The Agency Brooklyn Park Slope, and several locations across Long Island, including The Agency North Shore, The Agency South Shore, The Agency Gold Coast, The Agency Fire Island, and The Agency North Fork – Southold.
Our new office is located in the town of Fairfield in southwestern Connecticut, set along Long Island Sound just an hour from New York City. Fairfield itself is a beloved destination, home to Fairfield University, a lively Main Street, scenic beaches, award-winning golf courses. and diverse communities. Fairfield’s robust real estate market is driven (largely) by Big Apple transplants seeking more space and a slower pace of life.
