The Agency’s local team members proudly sponsored and attended the REBNY’s 36th Annual Residential Deal of the Year Charity & Awards Celebration held on May 6th at Guastavino’s in New York City.
Hosted by the Real Estate Board of New York, this special evening brought together some of the city’s most dynamic residential brokers and agents to celebrate achievements while supporting a vital community cause, the Member in Need Fund, which provides financial assistance to brokers and agents facing unexpected hardship. The Annual Charity & Awards Celebration supports this fund through sponsorships, ticket sales, and donations.

The awards portion of the evening recognized brokers for their outstanding professional accomplishments, their contributions to the community and support of their peers. The Residential Deal of the Year Award was presented to Paul Devlin of Brown Harris Stevens, who helped a retired nurse secure a more affordable housing option after 45 years in her co-op. Spanning 14 months, the deal succeeded amidst many challenges, including a tough market and board requirements.
