Across a robust slate of panels and discussions, the multi-day conference delivered sharp insight into how today’s top producers are adapting to an ever-evolving market.

Later in the day, Mauricio joined a panel led by Jonathan Klein, Founder of GoPropTech, to discuss how The Agency approaches creative direction and branding in the age of AI, and how our teams are effectively turning listings into experiences. The panel, titled “Experience-Led Listings: Turning Homes Into Interactive Media,” included Hadrien Laporte of SmartPixel, Ryan Coyne of SERHANT, and Matt Hendricks of Zillow.

Continuing the conversation on AI and tech, Zane Burnett, The Agency’s EVP of Digital Strategy, discussed the growing need for agents to differentiate through the use of game-changing technologies. Speaking alongside Shayan Hamidi, the Founder and CEO of Rechat, and Natasha Hryciuk, CEO at Loft47, the group spoke on how changing digital strategy and emerging tech are reshaping how agents find leads, engage clients, and close deals—including mobile tools, AI, and CRM best practices.
